Re: My little pig at the backyard
Hi
I likw your N maxima the 1st one from YG park.Your truncata probally became smaller because you bought it from cmrn hl rit maybe because it highland truncata and assuming you're growing them in lowland conditions maybe it became smaller,if you are growing them in hl conditions maybe just adjust to new conditions.O yah u're using the same pot as me Ken Ken |
Re: My little pig at the backyard
My neps "presonal space" at the backyard, maybe can also refer to a cubical

I do think the same thing, but in terms of the pitcher size I don't have any comment, but I was a bit surprise when the pitcher is not as long as I saw in Yg park, heheheh:tongue: |
Re: My little pig at the backyard

Re: My little pig at the backyard
Hi Akirasama,
Where did u get the veitchii from?????And how much did u get it for???Looks really nice and growing happily. Ken |
Re: My little pig at the backyard
WOW! You have 'WOW' collection and growing area!!
Envy you! Your Veitchii Bareo is SO COOL! I hope mine can grow like yours. Your amp is SO PITCHER-FUL! mine just barely give me any pitcher. |
Re: My little pig at the backyard
Hi Akira,
Glad to hear from you again on the forum. You have great looking plants. Your truncata pitcher is indeed huge. But waht made my jaw drop is your amps, especially your amp red giant. By the way, that is not a maxima. It is a fusca hybrid. Probably fusca x miranda/maxima/etc. The fatter ones that you mentioned that you saw are xmiranda. |
Re: My little pig at the backyard
Hi Akirasama,
Like david said thats definitly not a maxima i think its a mixta x fusca if im not wrong because it looks similir to mine i have a mixta x fusca too has long thin speckled pitcher, but mine is not as big as yours the biggest on mine is only 6" tall excluding lid Ken |
Re: My little pig at the backyard
Nice Bareo Akira..!@
Ken, Fauzi is selling Veitchii 'Bareo' too. Take a look at his website! Good luck! |
Re: My little pig at the backyard
Thnaks Ali for giving the website over and over again.I might wanna get N mirabilis var enchinotsoma from him for size S

Thank you David, initialy I have the same thought with you coz my maxima really not looks like aother maxima in the internet that i saw. But the problem is, the YG park staff claims that the long and thin pitcher plant is maxima, and another maxima i bought it from fouzi with a clone name "maxima tentena" from BE, which is the fatter one. After seaching and searching on the net, i finally found something, if i not mistaken, the long and thin maxima is actually a highland maxima, N. maxima Tlatawiran, as show at the below link http://images.google.com.my/imgres?i...icial%26sa%3DG while the fatter maxima tentena from BE still a medium plant, but i found that the plant steam and leaf is really different from the x miranda, i have a miranda too:tongue:, hope when the plant get matured will produce a pitcher like the photo at the below link http://images.google.com.my/imgres?i...icial%26sa%3DG Please do correct me if i am wrong, thank you |
Re: My little pig at the backyard
Wah, you have a nice collection of neps. I like the amps so much. How about your study now? You seem to have more time now for your neps. :2thumbup: They are healthy and very well taken care of. :1thumbup:
