It's amazing that while we are experiencing a heatwave up here in Penang, it's raining every day down in Kuala Lumpur!

Words around town is the heatwave will be over come Thaipusam holiday. I pray hard it's true.

Donny, I can imagine a chaotic scenario if all those incidents happened within one state.

Arvin, Red Spider Mites are bane to plants. Orchids are especially susceptable to them. Have poisoned most of my plants. Even trying out on Droseras. Sprinkled one pinch of carbofluran on my D tokaiensis. Wonder if it will survive.

Mites are terrible. My hamata, densiflora, and spectabillis all were infected by mites. The mites killed the hamata and the other two were weakened. They were killed by minor stresses because the mites had weakened them so much.

Well for those red spider mites under my desert rose leaves which they pratically killed all of the plants leaves twice i figured out why could this be happening and had no idea until i look at the bottom it was like sweat holes everywhere and the top of the leaves were discoloured and so i just take a tissue and swipe them off later on the next few days keep spraying water under the leaves and they all disspaeard..

Ken, you better start checking your other plants, when they disappeared, they must have disapperared somewhere, better not to you CPs!

I am going to try CO2 Method... maybe today if I have time, will report back when there is any improvement. This is against scale insects though. Maybe bactrus you can try it yourself too?
