Re: Need Ping's expertise
Well. Almost all the Mex. Pings in local market are supplied by YG Park. They only got 2 types of Mex. Pings.
Hybrid of P. ehlersiae and P. moranensis. http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c2...opyofping6.jpg P. agnata hybrid http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c2...opyofping5.jpg Look at the style of this butterwort. I am sure it's a YG's plant. Weeps, are you bought this butterwort from local nursery? |
Re: Need Ping's expertise
Hi, Lim,
I bought it from Hee Garden, that is the only one they have. That is also my first Ping that I want to learn their growing characteristic. Thanks a lot for looking into this. |

Re: Need Ping's expertise
in a local market OK , then all are horticultural hybrids
piscelim your first picture x 'Sethos' or 'fake weser' this others x 'Tina' but in MEXICO you have a lot of species almost 50 with a lot of variety, form, ssp the genus is not limited to these 2 hybrids. the best determination of the ping is the flower jeff |
