N. tomoriana

Anyone grows this species?

I grew a small cutting once but it died soon after without any pitchers. Now that I have another plant, I notice that the pitchers are rather nice...with the dusty purplish tone to them.

Cool, the interior of the pitcher looks like an inside-out amp tri-color! How old is this plant? (In terms of are these 'full sized' pitchers or is it still evolving into it's full potential), and how big are they (can't really get any scale from the shots). Put up a 'full frontal' photo when you get a chance please!

Well, if it turns out a girl I'll be happier. This is a medium size plant. Since not many people have got success with it here, I use the "miracle soil"...burnt earth!

Gosh! Shawn, a frontal shot? Sure...of the pitcher tomorrow. LMAO

Here you go, Shawn.

The 9" plant just arrived last Tuesday. I tend to leave the plants to harden to my growing conditions as soon as they arrive so it is not bagged up.

All the pitchers are slightly over 2.5", excluding the lid. This is the only decent pitcher left which is not turning brown.

The tricolour speckle inside the pitcher.

Because of the droopy lids, I didn't notice them until today. Quite nicely coloured too!
