A hybrid.
One of the crafty works from world reknown hybridiser, John Arden.
Perhaps you guys would like to guess what is this. http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...a/DSCF4686.jpg http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...a/DSCF4848.jpg http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...a/DSCF4847.jpg http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...a/DSCF4845.jpg Another different hybrid. The plant itself measures 32" diameter. http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...a/DSCF4841.jpg |
Re: A hybrid.
Very healthy tilly. The leaves look like Jolisco-monticola, but the flower doesn't seems to be it is.

Re: A hybrid.
Hi Andy, my guess would be t. "Amigo" (jalisco-monticola x rothii).....not an easy hybrid to get.....did u get it from bird rock?

Re: A hybrid.
Yes han. Both have jalisco-monticola parentage.
You've guessed one of the plant correctly. Nope. Mine wasn't from Bird Rock although it does carry a few of Arden's hybrids. |
