Aaargh! I know the feeling man, haven't had spider mites, but thrips. Just when i think they're all gone, lo-and-behold, i'll find the little beasts suckling on my Neps undersides. Eventually, got really tired of them and dabbed Malathion on my plants, never saw them again. Good luck getting rid of them Spider Devils!

No I think also that this are spidermites. Washing all leaves esp undersite and putting a bag under the plant (not that they are washed down to the substrate again) will help as first aid. Neem oil will help for the rest also against thripses if my old eyes didn't identified it right ;)
