There are something like spider web growing on my spagnum moss. Is it spider web or some soft of fungi?

If the sphagnum moss is replaceable, suggest just blanch it with hot water. Otherwise plug out the live moss and replant, will have less fungus and spores. Spores will still remain after fungicide, need few more rounds to completely irradiate the menace. My 2 cents worth.
