Nepenthes rajah hybrid

Is there any hybrid with rajah?
except for some natural hybrids like:
kinabaluensis
alisaputrana:wub:
fallax x rajah.
why EP and BE not making any hybrid with rajah?:glare:
some hybrid that we can grow as an intermediate is ventricosa x rajah, truncata x rajah.
i don't know why, if anyone know why please tell me.:crying:
i also know that it may take up to 100 years for it to reach maturity.:bored:

 Well, Truncata x Rajah seems interesting if there is.

EP will come out with it but impossible to get it, it will purchase by private collector only.

Re: Nepenthes rajah hybrid

i know rajah x amp or amp x rajah has been made. the main reason for the lack of rajah hybrids is because the rareness of rajah pollen, not to mention female rajah plants. i know there are 4, maybe more, clones of rajah going around but i'm not sure if anyone has actually managed to flowered any of the clones.

i do not have any pics of the cross. last that i know of is that in april '08, the seedlings were about 5mm across. we will probably have to wait for at earliest next year to see pics. maybe our thai friends can advise.

Yep the day that rajah adds itself to the hybrid market will be quite interesting. Funny how it hasn't been put out by now though you'd have thought at least a couple of them would have made something by now.
