Flowering Dionaea seedling

I get a laugh out of this every time I see it on my grow rack, so I thought I'd share. It's a seedling that I started in vitro at the end of September. The culture that it was in got contaminated so I had to deflask it about a month ago. Now it's sending up a flower stalk!

Where are you in Idaho? I used to live in Missoula and I'll be back there quite a bit this spring.

I've never actually had any instruction myself other than watching a few videos, reading Carol Stiff's home tissue culture instruction manual, reading a few books and then asking other TCers questions. Now I've got a good grasp on it and have already produced thousands of plants!

If you're really interested in learning, you should join the forum on my site. There is an entire forum section dedicated to TC and quite a few active TCers helping out newbies.
