Hi,

Argh!! just wished i would be able to see wild nepenthes in the wild sadly i don't stay anywhere near a nepenthes living place.Anyone knows where to see wild neps near my area???Or is it hidden to protect the species???

N rafflesiana"johor spotted" does live up to he/she's name...nice size and good colouration.I like the 2nd picture with the lower pitcher and the unopened upper pitcher. If u look closely u might see a plant which is not a nep but looks like a N truncata leaf..on the 10th pic top middle section of the picture there's a plant with a heart shape leaf just decided to spot some useless stuff haha.

Same here Ali i wish my newly transplanted N rafflesiana will grow as big as those in the wild...

I think N. rafflesiana is one of the most spectacular lowland neps. Its coloration, beautiful peristome and sheer size surpasses all lowland species. Thanks for sharing.

Kentosaurs, There are sites around KL to see nepenthes in the wild and yes we try not to advertise it for the obvious reasons.

Yes, but not so many. Hookers are more common.
