I'm not sure about the ventilation. My Nep germination boxes have a small 1" x 1" window cut into them, covered with a piece of silk for ventilation. My Drosera do not have this. I open the boxes just to let the air change a bit. Regarding the condensation...I tend to go by the look, sometimes there's loads of condensation but the media looks slightly dry so I just tap the lid to make the water fall back into the media. I'm still experimenting to find the 'best' level of moisture!
