There's no much information about this plant yet so i dont know if it's a highland or a lowland plant.I think it's a highland.
It looks much like rafflesiana x rajah.

It is a highlander.

:glare: hai....... I don't know we will hear anymore Cool and unqiue lowlander discovery for the next 1000 years.

Hope this plant can tolerate lower temperatures :crying:and some spectacular hybrids can be make with this nepenthes.Take it easy Jeff and David!:tongue:Some species like ampullaria and bicalcarata can't be grown in HL conditions ,right?So be proud...!:1thumbup:

yah David, quite frustrated I agree. Hope for a good news. But I doubt.....

I think Bical and Amp alone not enough to compare to those with Toothy peristome like Hamata or Villosa.

People who can grow highlander has less trouble to grow lowlander than us who have more problem to grow highlander with our climate.

Envy envy...

If I know Villosa or hamata can grow in lowland condition but take double the time to grow, I dont mind. Too bad, dreaming...

Sadly LL plant don't tolerate HL conditions but some HL plants can tolerate LL conditions.

Your words are so encouraging!

Just hope some gene enginneering/scientist can make ALL HL/LL neps grow in any where in the world. That will be great. But who will waste that kind of time.
