Mine was from MT quite some years back. It's quite a big plant now but the pitchers do not seem to get any bigger.

Ok, here's some pictures of the whole longifolia plant for Jon and wijaya...

Hi Caseyhoo,

My neps are in a garden in Taiping. Taiping is quite humid as compared to KL because of the numerous lakes and hills around. It is also quite cooling at night. Seem to be perfect for most of my neps although some don't do so well. Don't know why. Still figuring it out. Perhaps it rain quite often and the media is kept soggy for too long... (scratching head...)

The reddish-green of the longifolia leaves are fantastic.
The developping pitcher in the long tendril makes it even more attractive.
Your plants is growing straight up David.Though not many plants will grow like that.
Love the compact leaves too.;)

Hmm i was wondering bout N longfolia's name it means sort of like long leaves..something like that rite.I've never seen any of the leaves before until now and they do not look quite long at all unless you are comparing with the size of the pitcher than well its kinda long.

Ken,
You're right! It got it's name Longifolia due to it's long leaves and pitchers.
The plant can grow up to 1100 metres length.
