Wild D. rotundifolia pics
I was up in the mountains this past weekend and while hiking up a mountain I found lots of D. rotundifolia growing around 3800'.
Some pics. http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u...UNDIFOLIA1.jpg http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u...UNDIFOLIA3.jpg http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u...UNDIFOLIA2.jpg http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u...UNDIFOLIA4.jpg view from one of the Drosera sites http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u...UNDIFOLIA5.jpg |

Re: Wild D. rotundifolia pics
Nice shots, thanks for sharing. I take it from the coloration that the plants receive strong sunlight?

Re: Wild D. rotundifolia pics
Yep, I'm so used to seeing Drosera in 'tropical' settings that I'm always surprised to see them in places like this wooded hillside. Really beautiful, thanks! Where (about) is this? (I mean which State?)

Re: Wild D. rotundifolia pics
Nice view, really cool, the temperature must be cool for the sphagnum moss grow.
