Re: Bacterial leaf rot on bical?
Seems like quite a few of us have bical loosing leaves recently. My bical lost 3 leaves last month, considering it produces only 1 new leaf every month. The leaves turned solid black rather than brown. Probably the sun's position at this time and averagely lower temperature.

Re: Bacterial leaf rot on bical?
global warming!!! :sweating::sweating::sweating:
i have encountered this matter too when i shifted all my neps from the higher humidity and shadier backyard to the bone dry full sun front part of my house.....the bicals, the broader leaves and intermediate varieties suffer the most. the large "brown patches" appears on my bicals and intermediates.....tendrils and leaves that touches the side of the rim of the plastic pots are crispy dried.....but the whole condition changed when east coast is now drenched almost everyday....newer leaves are produced and the plant recovered......so i shall say based on my experience.....excessive sun burnt.:closedeyes: |
