Just wanted to see some raff forms since its has almost the most variety and forms in the nep species.Here's mine:biggrin: Johore spotted

Hi Ali

So is that the same form as mine im bad in identifying plants looks the same to me though.U only have 1 raffesiana???????My raff dunno why so small while others in the nursery so big and has nice squat shape.

Give it more time Ken and stop shifting it around too much if you are.You will see the difference in 1 to 2 weeks.Yes it's Rafflesiana 'johor spotted' and i got it as XL plants in the nursery.I got a rafflesiana kuching squat red but sadly it died!

Nop i don't shift it around at all actually probally the reason to this i just realise was the pot is just to small....I have 3 raffs growing there....Most probally overcroweded i never bothered to change it because neps and cp's have small root system so i thought it wouldn't matter but i guess it does 3 in 1 is just to much

Hi Ali,

No prob i'll repot them when im free which is probally this weekend.Luckily i bought some LFS from a local nursery on saturday now i have 2 packets enough to fill 3-4 pots depending on size.I'm not sure if its pure LFS cos there seems to be a little woody stuff in there although just very little.Anyway thanks for the advice Ali.

Hi Ken,
It's normal to have some plant debris in the LFS, which kind did you get? As far as I know there's 2 kind available in Penang, 1 is from China (cheaper) and the other kind is from Chile (better quality).
Ya, same thing happen when I got my 1st YG nep, a medium size raff. Got 3 of them in 1 pot, so I immediately separate and repotted them.

Since i bought my LFS for RM 4 per packet it should be from china like u said.I still didn't have time to repot it yet but i will.I don't even think mine is a medium size hhaahahahah Mine is a MINI size
