the neglected seed grown 3 northianas in 2 pots since Jan.,2006 grows very slowly with the small containers, tuck under and shaded by larger plants, partly i don't want to disturb till i assume it was the time to repot. Great work Robert.Very creative of you to use plastic yogurt cup.I always need to find a nice pot before planting.

BTW what the name of the plant in the background with yellow flowers?I have them too but dont know the name.Somebody throw it away nearby my house few years ago and i took it back home.

Robert, your northiana plantlets look like mine except that mine is more in clump form. they do grow very slowly don`t they ? any idea if the growth rate speeds up when they get to a certain stage ?

i don`t mind slow growth coz my main issue with neps is that they reach the climbing stage too fast & lose their pitchers.

Thanks Victoria. I will update when newer ptcher(s) formed.

No idea of the plant id,Alienfx. I use discarded plastic cups or containers for growing seeds,later thrown off when the seedlings are repotted.

Tarence, i noted most neps at small seedlings stage they are slow grower. Their growth suddenly take off after new leaves formed.
