I figured I'd continue on this thread, rather than start a new one.

I've had these for several years, and they've done surprisingly well considering that they never seem to catch anything and have never been repotted.

One thing I've noticed is that it seems that the older plants which start to form stems develop multiple growing points and eventually split into separate plants. This is great for me since I always seem to miss the chance to harvest the gemmae when they are most viable.

@alpiner: How did you get such a beautiful macro shot of the flower? Mine always seem to be out of focus.
