I believe that any means of shipping a CP through air no matter whatever way will require CITES permits and certificates. If you attempt to send a plant with no permit, the plant will be confisticated and you will lose it forever.............if you try shipping it without permits, well, you might end up like what ban aik said........however, it is kinda tricky and full of rules to transport a plant internationally.
