Interesting... FYI, the larger mosquito l;arvae belong to the genus Toxorhynchites, which do not bite people.. Both males and females of this genus feed on plant sap. As mentioned, they are very helpful in getting rid of other dangerous mozziez (Culex and Aedes)..
