Neem oil is sold as a dark blacky oily liquid. Has a very strong smell, which i find rather unpleasant. It is very effective. You only need to use very small amounts. A regular spray bottle (~500mL), I add a few drops of handwash/dishwash, add water until halfway, add enough neem to make 1 visible layer, and top up with more water.
