Hi Minh,
So sorry to hear this. Did you asked MT to apply for Phyto and CITES for the plants?? To legally ship plants like nepenthes from overseas will require proper documents to avoid problems from the authorities.

I'm not sure how to help you but others here might be able. I think the next best thing is to ask MT if they can help in anyway. Next time, before you order any plants, better check with your local authorities to obtain proper documents to avoid history repeating itself... Good luck.
