Edward, I got it from a fellow forum member.. the plant was initially smaller than I expected..
Luckily it didn't dry out during transportation...

Ken, the pot is 5 inches in diameter.. I didn't want to put too much medium in case the medium becomes too compact or soggy.. I used a mixture of leca, fern root, limesrone and a bit of sphagnum only...
