Certificate of Cultural Excellence

This certificate is awarded to the exhibitor of a specimen plant of robust health and appearance with an unusually large number of flowers/traps. The plant must score the highest points in the poll. This award is the winner of the particular category.

The winner is decided by Judges' and Member’s votes.


Certificate for Best of Show

This award is intended to encourage the improvement of standards of exhibits. It recognizes the effort by the exhibitor in grooming their plants and displaying them in an exceptionally artistic and outstanding way. This award shall only be given to one specimen in the entire competition, all categories combined.

The winner is decided by general consensus among the Judges.


Certificate of Botanical Recognition

This is awarded to a cultivar or a species, subspecies, variety or hybrid deemed especially worthy of recognition for rarity, novelty or educational value. This award shall only be given to one specimen in the entire competition, all categories combined. If no specimen can be found with the said criteria, this award shall not be given.

The winner is decided by general consensus among the Judges.


The PetPitcher Award of Merit

This award is given to encourage the exhibitor to push his/her efforts further in the cultivation of their plants with the ultimate goal of producing award winning plants. It recognizes the effort by the exhibitor in trying his/her utmost best in the competition. It affirms that the exhibitor has the potential to win in the future. This award cannot be given to exhibitors who have won any other awards.

The winner is decided by the Administrator.
