Easy to grow Nephenthes and others CPs
« Thread Started on May 15, 2007, 9:15am » Hi Sifus

Any one can advice me what spp of Nep that can be easy to grow (ETG)?

Much appreciated if you can give me the ETG list. Hybrid also don't mind.

Others CPs that belong to ETG group also can.
TQVM.

Regards
Khairimhd

answering ur question doesnt mean that im a sifu
Well, most of the neps are ETG but for beginners, i would recomment N. xVentrata, N. Gracilis and N.xMiranda. All of them are very hardy and will try to acclimitize well in your conditions. They are very vigorous growers..

Are you growing in your garden/shadehouse? If yes I would think the following should do well (just off my head):

N. gracilis
N. mirabilis
N. rafflesiana
N. ampullaria
N. xmiranda
N. xventrata
N. xcoccenia
N. xtricocarpa
N. xhookeriana
