I think the plant might be starved of sunlight as well. Give it more sunlight together with what the rest suggest, ie. change media and pot, and keep the media on a dier side. Perhaps lessen the sphagnum moss in the media and add more course material like perlite etc. From the wild sites I went in Penang and in Perak, albos seem to prefer a drier media that has alot of sand and robust plants with great colours are always exposed to more sunlight.
