Well, prepare the sphagnum moss and then sprinkle the seeds on it. I prefer shredding the sphagnum since the seeds tend to fall into the holes and crevices that long fibered sphagnum has. However, it takes a REALLY long time to shred with your hands
Peat moss is more easier, from my point of view. Just put the pot on a water tray and a humidity dome on top of it. There isn't much need to prepare. As long as you have wet suitable media, sufficient light and the seeds, you'll get your burmanii in no time.
