Nepenthes Seed Pods
« Thread Started on Sept 24, 2007, 12:04pm » Came across some flowering Neps (with many seed pods) while walking some trails in the hills yesterday. I think mirabilis from photo posted here. Took some photos will post in ID section later. Wondering when I should go back to harvest the seeds. When it becomes brown or can I take it green?

These would be great starters for testing your seed germination and seedling transplanting abilities. And while many feel its just a mirabilis, it is a mirabilis of seed origin and that alone is worth ten times over a single tc clone!
