Mine also no offshoot yet, just like yours. I have two pots. As mentioned to you the other day, I've since pluck off almost 90% of the leaves of one of the pots to do leaf cuttings. In the incubation chamber now.
I'll pass you some babies when they sprout from the cuttings. I think there's about 30-40 leaf cuttings. Should give me a lot of babies
