White oil or neem oil... I don't use harmful chemical pesticides in my collection. For sarracenia, I guess it wouldn't harm the plant to remove all of its pitchers and leaving only the centre growth. You can repot, if you wish, but I doubt mealybugs hide at the roots (sometimes they do). Then treat as normal and water more heavily.
