Sorry but I'm really racing around a lot right now...do a 'search' under the words seedlings/seeds/media/etc., on PetPitcher forum and I know you'll find a few threads discussing this. I know because I've written 2-3 myself and have read others' as well. There's also a thread (on PPf, I think) that will direct you to 3 "Germination Guides" written for Nepenthes. If you still can't find them write again here.
