I thought perhaps the nursery guy fertilised his vertricosa and that's why it mutated.

Hi David.
I will try to explain by my pool english.
I leave in a land at 750m of altitude and the summer came 29°C maximum media and in the winter hte temperature dow to 10°C media but some times below then 0°C .
My green house is covered by transparent plastic with shading 50%.
The air umidit is around 60%
My substrat is sphagnum moss( 50%) + fern root(30%) + sawdust(20%)
I never fertilise my Nepenthes but now I am thinking different.
Well, The most Nepenthes is over a table(50cm tall) but my N. ventricosa and N. rajah are on the ground.
I am rooting my cutting in vermiculita only.
