not surprisingly, i notice that any nepenthes that is growing poorly, will usually have a small unhealthy root system. i am trying to make it a practice to repot any plants that arent growing well. i still have some plants that are potted in the ordinary black mixed with red soil, which is rather unhealthy for neps. but it sure takes some effort to repot them not to mention messy too.
