If your plant is lifted abit from the soil, you can just pick those leaves at the bottom off gently then refill with some soil to cover the roots. As long as the bottom part is in contact with soil, the plant will root in no time.
DON'T spray those hormone on pings, you will probably kill the plant.
It's not necessary to increase the humidity around the plant, our climate provide enough humidity for pings.
