Yes, these pitchers are so big because this isn't a typical cephalotus, this is a "Dudley Watts" clone, well known for its dimensions, I hope that in the next spring they reach dimensions of 8 cm.
At the moment these plants grow under a CFL lamp with 6400°K for at least 11 hours/day.
Yes, fresh air can circulate free, temperature is in the range 10/22°C (but will decrease during the next three months to 5/12°C....... and the humidity level permanently is about 70/75%
