Normally, for Drosera, "rule of tumb", you can provide water level at 1/4 of yours pots.

Water level for my drosera will be around 1.5inches +- for all size of pots. (because, it is impossible difference water level for difference pots since im using 21 * 16inches water tray for my CPs)

I dont have D.Alicia, so, im not sure they will self polite or not.

For Drosera that dont self polite. May be you can force 2 flower from difference individual to "kiss" each others... hehe... Im new to this as well. Now, im doing so for 3 of my D. binata var multifida f. extrema that is flowering. But, im lazy to collect those dried flower...
