I think you might want to grow them in a terrarium or somewhere with the growing conditions while your area experiences dormancy. Then, when the dormancy is finally over, you can put the plants outside. The next time your area has winter, your sarracenias should go into dormancy by themselves. You should ask the opinions of the sarras expert here, I'm only suggesting. Good luck.
