what kind of pesticide you use??
have you try to pull out your plant and remove all the media??
you'll find so many mealy bug there
clean your old media, wash the root until clean from mealy bug. plant it again with new fresh media.
usually i use sistemic pesticide with kind of soap to remove the water resistant on mealy bug body.and spray about twice a week.
