For small qty order, you can order from MT. I have done a few orders with them, so far so good. As for YG, they mainly deal in large qty orders for nurseries. Hope this help.
If you want good one on one customer service (asking for growing tips, looking for a certain nep species and etc... ) Fauzi is the one you should approach.
