Edmund i thought bread worm contain quite high calcium which will make the plants not so well.
As i saw on the article at U tube about how to feed your CPs. Harlem, you can try using some fruit to lure those insect to land at your CPs. But i think CPs contain some stuff that those flies will fly around that area. my Drosera i never feed them as i put it outdoor they can trap insect themselve. i try to take a photo tomorrow for you to have a view.
