I just came across this blog with writings and pictures of the Singapore Garden Festival (SGF) in late July. You have to scroll down a bit to get to the Neps but it's worth it. The N. lowii with crystaliised resin secreted in the lid is quite amazing to see. There are a few more links at the end that will take you to further stories.
