I think that would be fungus, though usually it has red spots. My truncata made a new leaf with rust spots and was bumpy along the edges of the leaf, I applied fungicide on it. You will feel like there's something INSIDE the leaf of the plant and the surface of the leaf will be bumpy around the spots.

I don't see any tendril blackening, most probably, ur plant is just going through shock. So leave it be in a humid environment to settle down again. Unless you damaged the roots badly during repotting
