Well, if it is a male, wait till the anthers are matured and look fuzzy. then use a paint brush and tease the anthers slowly to get the pollen. make sure you have a sheet of plastic below your anthers so that the pollen doesn't faaaalllllllll on the floor!!!
If you wanna pollinate the female flowers, use the faithful paintbrush again to scoop some of the pollen and transfer it to the receptive stigmas. Now isn't that easy.........
