Default Re: Can Mirabilis take direct sunlight?

Hello Ken...
Just like David said, N.mirabilis can take the morning direct sunlight. I grow my directly under the full sun, without any shade. It receive not just morning sun but afternoon and evening sun as well...and not only the pitcher will turn red, the leaf will turn red as well. I’ll suggest that you move you plant slowly from shadier place to full direct sunlight. Just make sure to keep the soil moist.
