Thank you for this information. I just bought a small ceph a couple weeks ago and I was worried about watering, since I've read all the horror stories about root rot and crown rot. But so far so good. Looks like the pitchers are increasing in size and I haven't noticed any mold, so I'll continue caring for it keeping in mind your suggestions. I hate hearing about people lossing their plants. It makes me sad just to pull a weed...
