What I meant, is that since his purpurea is making smaller pitchers, it may be possible that his purpurea will become dormant. I was just suggesting that paphioboy should be prepared in case his purpurea goes dormant. sorry if I typed wrongly and made you misunderstood.

Marvin, phyllodia looks like oval shaped leaves. Sarracenia flava, leucophllya, oreophila and rubra(not sure) makes phyllodia. The other species do not make phyllodia.

No lah, paphioboy, I am not a CP genius......
