thanks Lim and i'll waiting for ur guidance then. maybe the problem i have is growing the Mexican Pings in sphagnum moss, but i've just change the media into perlite + sand, hope it work for my P. "Tina"....

Lim, may i know whether ur yellow plastic tray for growing U. graminifolia got make any hole under it or not? cos last time when i put my U. graminifolia in a tray, the media suddenly became very smelly and 99% of my U. graminifolia say bye bye to me. i suspect it is because of bad water drainage. had to grow them back very slowly.......
