Gemmae sown on media.
Different stages of growth.
I use 50% sand and 50% peat. For the more adventurous, you can find out more about the media on the following webpage: Cultivating Pygmy Drosera 
I am not providing very much light since gemmae sprout and grow during winter time in Australia. The media is keep moist and the pot is standing in 1/2" of water.
