Looks like it could be one of two things. The first picture looks a little like a phyllodia. This is the leaf produced by some species when going into dormancy. The second picture however looks a little like a deformity due to low water levels or low light levels. If neither of these is a problem (i.e. has not changed) just monitor plant and it should be OK.
