My advice, keep it
simple... just use perlite + chopped moss ~ 7 : 3 ratio. As paphiboy suggested, keep the pot small... big pot often retains too much moisture (depending on the species/hybrids) unless you make many holes to help in evaporation for bigger pot. I still believe a smaller pot will serve your plant better... My
